Everyone is well aware that there are dozens and dozens of choices for HVAC services in our area. The reason we always return to LK is simple. The people that you employ. From the person that answers the phone (no matter who it may be) to the service person that comes to call. We had an Aprilaire system installed by LK years ago and we always choose LK to service our aging heat pump. We know that when a tech performs a "tune up", there won't be any dishonesty or upselling attempts. Today we were visited by Mike, a true professional who is an absolute credit to your company. It's rare nowadays when people take the time to recognize companies who just do things right. It's rarer still to find a company that does exactly that...day after day and year after year. LK installed a new HVAC unit last year and recently installed a whole home Aprilaire air purifier. Both times the technicians were great and the job they did looked amazing! Our utility bills were so much lower this year and my allergies have not been as bad this spring! Highly recommend them if you need any type of residential HVAC help!!

My oldest daughter is severely autistic and she would not leave the serviceman Joe alone, going so far as attempting to climb in his truck and ransack it. All the while Joe was awesome and patient with her. And he managed to get his job done quickly and effectively, too!

Yesterday Your service mechanic worked on my furnace. I've used a different company in the past and the furnace turned out to not be repaired. With Mike, it was a great experience. In the day we live in, mechanics often just replacing items until a unit is fixed. Mike set out testing various components with an obvious level of competency. Once it appeared that the problem was fixed, he double checked, determined there was more that needed to be done, and fixed it. Well that made me feel good. On Monday I had the furnace, air conditioner, and hot water tank in my house replaced. Today the building inspector just finished his inspection. He said they did a really quality job on the installation. He complemented the crew. Good job LK Heating and Cooling.
